In continuation to our earlier Notification No: MFA/HRS/CIRCULAR-NOTIFICATION/28/462 dated 4th June 2014 regarding correction of CV in the Civil Service Information System (CSIS), the HRS, MFA would like to once again inform all the staff under various Departments, Divisions and Missions Abroad under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to check and verify your CV in the CSIS. If there are any corrections to be made please submit to HRS along with the supporting documents as per the templates and guideline provided by the RCSC (Templates and guideline attached) to Mr. Tashi Dendup/Karma Wangdi, HROs, MFA @ 328172/328183. The documents should reach the HRS on or before 13th August 2014.
The RCSC team would be working with the Ministry’s HR Section in correcting the information of the civil servants, MFA for a duration of two weeks.

Note: The HRS, MFA will not be held responsible for any issues arising from non-compliance beyond the deadline.
