Ministry of Foreign Affairs and External Trade RGOB
The Annual Performance Agreement (APA) between the Minister and the Secretary as well as between the Secretary and Heads of Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was signed on 5th August 2016 in a ceremony conducted at Gyalyong Tshokhang. The APAs are expected to help each Departments to work towards achieving goals identified by the Ministry for the fiscal year 2016-2017 in its Ministerial APA. Agreement between the Ministry and the Embassies and Missions abroad were also signed on the same day.
