Civil servants who are unable to log in to CSIS or for any queries, contact RCSC at (02) 332473 or email

The RCSC has strict policy to use CSIS for any HR actions in the civil service and therefore, incorrect CV may impede important HR actions. In view of its importance, it is mandatory for all individual civil servants to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.

The “No” respondents will be contacted directly after 15th Jan 2015 to effect corrections in the system.
