The U.S. Ambassador to India H.E. Dr. David C. Mulford will be visiting Bhutan from 8 to 11 September, 2008. Ambassador Mulford will be accompanied by his wife Jeanie Louise Simmons and his Political Officer Stephanie Holmes. The visit will contribute towards enhancing the growing relations between Bhutan and the U.S.A.During his visit, Ambassador Mulford will be received in Audience with His Majesty The King. He will also call on the Hon’ble Prime Minister, the Hon’ble Chief Justice, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Minister for Economic Affairs and other senior officials of the Royal Government and hold discussions on issues of mutual interests. This is Ambassador Mulford’s third visit to Bhutan.
