REQUIREMENTS FOR PROMOTION

  1. Performance Evaluation Form for three consecutive year
  2. Work Planning Review Form
  3. Audit Clearance
  4.  NOC from police

STEP/PROCESS INVOLVED

  1. Set annual work target with supervisor
  2. Carry out mid-term work review with supervisor
  3. Sit with supervisor for final performance evaluation and Identification of core competencies.
  4. For position levels P2 and below, Ministry will approve promotion
  5. HRM puts up promotion cases to HR Committee.
  6. For position level P1 and above and fast track/out of turn to be forwarded to RCSC
  7. RCSC approves promotion for P1 and above and Fast Track/out of turn promotion.
