In keeping with ECB Notification No. ECB.NOTIF-01\/2018\/365 dated 18th<\/sup> August 2018 concerning the Election Schedule, the Consulate General of Bhutan advises Bhutanese nationals resident in the United States of the following:<\/p>\n

  1. In accordance with the Electoral Roll and Postal Voter\u2019s List (http:\/\/pb.ecb.bt\/index.php<\/a>) Postal Ballot papers addressed to those registered voters residing outside of New York State<\/strong> will be immediately despatched to addressees by priority post;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    1. Marked postal ballots should be posted directly to the Election Commission of Bhutan, Thimphu, preferably through priority mail. Marked postal ballots must reach ECB Thimphu positively by Friday 14th <\/sup>September 2018<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      1. Registered postal voters residing within New York State<\/strong> are invited to appear at the Postal Ballot Facilitation Unit at the Consulate General in person with their original Voter ID Cards, original Citizenship ID Cards, or original passports.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. The Postal Ballot Facilitation Unit will operate at the Consulate General from 4-6th<\/sup> September 2018:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
