Informal relations between Sweden and Bhutan began in the late 1960s when a Swedish NGO known as Kwinnliza Missiongarbetare Sweden (KMA) or Swedish Women Association, financed the establishment of the Zangley Muenselling School for the Blind in Khaling.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mrs. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tshering Gyaltshen Penjor <\/span>, Ambassador of Bhutan in Brussels, is accredited to Sweden. H.E.
