This is for the general information of all registered Bhutanese postal voters residing in India that the Royal Bhutanese Embassy (RBE) has been identified as one of the Counting Centers in India for the conduct of Third Local Government Elections in Bhutan. Therefore, RBE Delhi will be receiving and counting the postal ballots received from the postal voters.<\/p>\n
