The duly-filled visa application form and other required documents should be accompanied by a letter issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bhutan, directing the Embassy to facilitate the processing of an appropriate visa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The visa application form and other required documents must reach the Embassy four weeks prior to the date of travel so as to obtain an appropriate visa on time. The Embassy does not take responsibility for the applicant\u2019s failure to obtain his or her visa on time arising from delayed submission or non-provision of required documents to process visas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The applicant\u2019s passport and other required documents along with the visa application form must be sent through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs\u2019 diplomatic mailbag.
