Citizen Identity Card Information

The Consulate General of the Kingdom of Bhutan in the United States would like to inform all Bhutanese citizens residing in the United States of America that the Department of Civil Registration and Census, Ministry of Home Affairs, Thimphu, has issued official guidelines for processing of new and replacement of Citizenship Identity (CID) cards for individuals residing abroad.

The Consulate General requests all Bhutanese residing in United States to follow the guidelines to apply for a new and replacement of CID card.
