The Permanent Mission of Bhutan in Geneva would like to offer our warmest congratulations to Her Majesty Gyalyum Sangay Choden Wangchuck for the 2020 United Nations Populations Award.

Ambassador Tenzin R. Wangchuk paid a courtesy call on Dr. Tedros Ghebreyesus Adhanom, Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) on 9th October 2020. WHO plays an important role in strengthening Bhutan’s healthcare system.

  Ambassador Tenzin R Wangchuk paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mukhisa Kituyi, Secretary General of UNCTAD on 5th October 2020. UNCTAD supports Bhutan to access the benefits of a globalized economy more fairly and effectively through providing analytical studies and technical assistance.
