H. E. Ambassador Doma Tshering, Permanent Representative of Bhutan, paid respects on behalf of the Permanent Mission of Bhutan to the United Nations and signed the official Condolence Book for HM Queen Elizabeth II. Her Excellency conveyed the profound sympathies of the Royal Government and people of Bhutan on the passing of Her Majesty.
