Coinciding with this auspicious occasion, Kutshab Tshoki Choden and Director Ron Ton, Clingendeal Academy signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and External Trade of Bhutan and the Clingendael Academy/Institute of International Relations of The Netherlands on Diplomatic Training Cooperation.
