This is for the general information of all registered Bhutanese postal voters residing in India that the Royal Bhutanese Embassy (RBE) has been identified as one of the Counting Centers in India for the conduct of Third Local Government Elections in Bhutan. Therefore, RBE Delhi will be receiving and counting the postal ballots received from the postal voters.
As per notification from the Election Commission of Bhutan, the Returning Officers from 20 Dzongkhags in Bhutan would be emailing the soft copies of the postal Ballot package templates (Ballot Papers, Envelope A, Envelope Bs for Gup, Mangmi and Tshogpa, and IDC) to the registered overseas postal voters on 26th November 2021.
The postal ballots voters are required to send the dully filled postal ballot and IDC as per the instructions provided, seal it properly and deliver it to Royal Bhutanese Embassy Delhi or Consul General Office/Guwahati/Kolkata by post or courier service or drop it to the Embassy/Consulate premises, whichever its convenient at your own expenses.

Postal voters must ensure that their Postal Ballots reach the Embassy on or before 18th December 2021. Any Postal Ballots received after the due date will be considered invalid.
