Kutshab Phub Dorji presented a copy of his Letter of Credence to His Excellency Abdulmajeed R. Alsmari, Deputy Minister for Protocol Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia, yesterday at the Ministry.

Diplomatic relations between Bhutan and Saudi Arabia were established on 18 September 2024. The Royal Bhutanese Embassy in the State of Kuwait is concurrently accredited to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
