  The Royal Bhutanese Embassy in New Delhi would like to congratulate Mr. P. Mohanan, Administrative Assistant at the Royal Bhutanese Embassy, who was awarded two gold medals; one life-time service award and one for his dedicated services for 30 years on 17th December 2015.
