The Consul General of Bhutan in Kolkata, H.E. Mr.Karma Tsering Namgyal called on H.E. Shri Keshari Nath Tripathi, Governor of West Bengal at the Raj Bhavan, Kolkata on 20th August 2014. Mr. Karma Tsering Namgyal is the second Consul General of Bhutan. The Royal Bhutan Consulate, Kolkata was established in 2009 with consular jurisdiction over the Indian States of West Bengal and Assam.
