Mr. Kinley Wangdi joins as the new Director for Directorate Services on 3rd August 2017 at the Directorate Services Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Changangkha, Thimphu. Mr. Kinley Wangdi served at the Ministry of Labour and Human Resource as the Director of Department of Human Resources.
