New Director for Department of SAARC & Regional Organization

Mr. Rinchen Kuentsyl has officially joined as the new Director for Department of SAARC & Regional Organization, Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 3rd July 2018. Mr. Rinchen Kuentsyl has previously served as the Chief, Asia & Pacific Division, Department of Bilateral Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
