Namgyel of Bhutan to Japan and Ambassador Kenji Hiramatsu of Japan to Bhutan signed the Exchange of Notes under the Japanese Grant Aid “The Project for Improvement of Machinery and Equipment for Construction of Rural Agriculture Road (Phase Ill)” with assistance amounting to 966 million Yen.
