Mr. Jeremy England, Head of Regional Delegation, International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), New Delhi called on Hon’ble Foreign Minister Lyonpo Damcho Dorji on 10 May 2017 at the Gyalyong Tshokhang.

Mr. Jeremy England assumed office as Head of Regional Delegation, ICRC, New Delhi in July 2016 and this is his first visit to Bhutan. Heis visiting Bhutan on the invitation received from Bhutan Red Cross Society to attend the launch of Bhutan Red Cross Society on 8th May 2017 coinciding with the World Red Cross Red Crescent Day.
