In keeping with Section 22 of the Bhutan Civil Service Rules and Regulations 2012, the RCSC Silver Service Medal was awarded to Karma S Tshosar, Minister Counsellor, Deputy Permanent Representative, on 14th December 2017, by Ambassador Doma Tshering, Permanent Representative of Bhutan to the United Nations. A traditional Marchang ceremony followed by Solja Desi was conducted at the Permanent Mission in New York.Read More
