Hon’ble Foreign Secretary led the Bhutanese delegation to the Special session of the BIMSTEC Senior Officials Meeting (SSOM) held on 11 August 2018 at Kathmandu, Nepal. The Special Session was convened by the Government of Nepal to discuss preparations for the Fourth BIMSTEC Summit which is scheduled to be held on 30-31 August 2018 in Kathmandu, Nepal. The meeting was chaired by the Foreign Secretary of Nepal and attended by senior officials of Member States, the Secretary General of BIMSTEC and other senior officials from the BIMSTEC Secretariat.
