On 4th December 2018, Kutshab Tshering Gyaltshen Penjor presented his credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Bhutan to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai at the Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi.

While presenting his credentials, Kutshab conveyed warmest greetings and best wishes of His Majesty the King to His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nayan, President of the UAE and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.

Kutshab also highlighted the excellent relations between Bhutan and the UAE and assured the Royal Government of Bhutan’s strong commitment to further strengthening bilateral cooperation between the two countries. Further, Kutshab said that he was honored to present his credentials as Bhutan’s first Ambassador to the UAE.
