Division’s mandate
The Division’s mandate is to ensure efficient and effective delivery of common support services relating to administration, finance, human resource, legal, and ICT.
Administration and Finance Division
The Administration and Finance Division plans and prepares annual budget requirements in coordination with the Departments, Embassies, Missions, and Consulates. The Finance Division also maintains books of account and facilitates procurement and supply of goods and services.

ICT Division

Internal Audit Unit
The Internal Audit Unit undertakes the annual audit within the Ministry on different processes and systems as per the guidelines and provides advice to the Management on the interventions required.
