- Performance Evaluation Form for three consecutive year
- Work Planning Review Form
- Audit Clearance
- NOC from police
STEP/PROCESS INVOLVED
- Set annual work target with supervisor
- Carry out mid-term work review with supervisor
- Sit with supervisor for final performance evaluation and Identification of core competencies.
- For position levels P2 and below, Ministry will approve promotion
- HRM puts up promotion cases to HR Committee.
- For position level P1 and above and fast track/out of turn to be forwarded to RCSC
- RCSC approves promotion for P1 and above and Fast Track/out of turn promotion.
