As part of the in-house capacity building and information sharing program Mr. Kinley Wangdi, Director, Directorate of Services, MFA shared his experiences and insights on how it is like working in the frontline, along the borders with limited knowledge on foreign policy. It was an interactive and successful session with much insights gained.
