The Third Annual Bilateral Consultations between the Royal Government of Bhutan and the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia will be held on 28th October 2014 in Thimphu. The Bhutanese delegation will be led by Mr. KingaSingye, Director General, Department of Bilateral Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Australian delegation will be led by H.E.
