As part of its ongoing activities to commemorate the 60th Birth Anniversary of His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo, the Royal Bhutanese Embassy in Dhaka organized a gathering with the Bhutanese students in Chittagong, Bangladesh on the evening of 5 November 2015.
The evening was marked with a short speech by Kutshab highlighting the selfless contributions of His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo in service to the nation and its people, offering of tenzhug, cutting a cake, dinner, which was then followed by songs and dances.
The students expressed their immense joy in being able to partake in the activities to commemorate the 60th Birth Anniversary of His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo.
Chittagong has the highest number of Bhutanese students pursuing higher studies in Bangladesh.
