The first round of Bhutan-India Development Cooperation Talks for the 11th Five Year Plan between the Royal Government of Bhutan (RGoB) and the Government of India (GoI) will be held in Thimphu from 15 – 17 August, 2013. The Bhutanese delegation will be led by Foreign Secretary Yeshey Dorji and the Indian delegation by Mr. P.S.
