His Majesty The King awarded Kabney and Patang to Mr. Sonam Tobgay, as Ambassador-designate of Bhutan to Australia on 2nd July 2021. Currently, Mr. Sonam Tobgay is the Director of the Department of Bilateral Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Ministry extends its heartiest congratulations and wishes him the best.
