H.E. Ms. Armida Salsiah Alisjahbana, UN Under-Secretary-General and Executive Secretary of UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) called on Hon’ble Foreign Minister today. The meeting discussed areas of cooperation between Bhutan and ESCAP. Lyonpo thanked ESCAP for the support to Bhutan and reaffirmed continued commitment to multilateralism.
