Mr. Kinley Dorji the first Secretary General of the Colombo Plan Secretariat from Bhutan assumed office on 2nd May, 2014. The Staff of the Colombo Plan Secretariat in Colombo, Sri Lanka welcomed the new Secretary General in a simple ceremony in the Secretariat.
