Signing Ceremony of Exchange of Notes under the Japanese Grant Aid for the Project for Improvement of Farm Machinery for Hiring Services of Tillage

Ambassador V. Namgyel of Bhutan and Ambassador Kenji Hiramatsu of Japan signed the Exchange of Notes under the Japanese Grant Aid ‘The Project for Improvement of Farm Machinery for Hiring Services of Tillage’ on 18 October 2016 in New Delhi.
