Ambassador V. Namgyel of Bhutan and Ambassador Kenji Hiramatsu of Japan signed the Exchange of Notes under the Japanese Grant Aid ‘The Project for Improvement of Farm Machinery for Hiring Services of Tillage’ on 18 October 2016 in New Delhi. The grant which amounts to 250 million Yen will provide 353 power tillers to Bhutan. Read More
