His Majesty The King granted Dhar to Ambassador Kinga Singye as the new Secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 7 August 2019.
Ambassador Kinga Singye served as Permanent Representative to the United Nations Office in Geneva prior to his appointment as the Foreign Secretary.
