The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bhutan and the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development of Canada signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 12th December 2018 in Thimphu to establish a bilateral consultation mechanism between the two Foreign Ministries.
