H.E. Amb. Phan Kieu Thu, the Secretary General of the Colombo Plan, is on official visit to Bhutan from 16-20 April 2019. The Secretary General called on H.E. Lyonpo (Dr.) Tandi Dorji this morning at the Gyalyong Tshokhang. H.E. Amb. also called on the Foreign Secretary in the morning. The Secretary General will call on Hon’ble Prime Minister and meet with other senior RGoB officials in the coming days to discuss future collaborations between the Royal Government and the Colombo Plan Secretariat.
