‘ The Ministry of Foreign Affairs formally launched ” The Guidelines for Transfer of Foreign Service Officers, Attachés and Support Staff to and from Diplomatic Missions of the Kingdom of Bhutan ” on May 20, 2019.  The Guideline will serve as a framework for ensuring transparent and effective assignment of officers to our overseas missions and Headquarters.
