The AFD would like to notify all the Missions, Embassies and Consulate abroad and the Departments and Divisions of this Ministry to submit Promotion Proposals for July 2014 to the HR Section on or before 30th April 2014.
The officials concerned shall be fully responsible to process their Security Clearance, Audit Clearance and Performance Evaluation Forms in consultation with the HR Section.
Further, the AFD shall not accept incomplete or late promotion proposals.
The promotion proposal must be submitted strictly in line with the Promotion Rules and Regulations, BCSR-2012.
