Kutshab Joins Office at RBE Kuwait
Kutshab Phub Dorji officially joined the Royal Bhutanese Embassy in the State Kuwait following a simple traditional Tendrel ceremony. Representatives of the Bhutanese community living and working in Kuwait also attended the ceremony to offer Tashi Khadar and convey their best wishes.
