H.E. Mr. Munu Mahawar, Additional Secretary, Northern Division, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India called on H.E. Lyonpo D.N. Dhungyel, Hon’ble Foreign Minister; and Ambassador Pema Lektup Dorji, Foreign Secretary on 07 April 2026.

Mr. Mahawar is visiting Bhutan to attend the third GMC-India Joint Working Group Meeting.
