Courtesy Call on by Ambassador Sandeep Arya, Ambassador of India to Bhutan

Ambassador Sandeep Arya, Ambassador of India to Bhutan, paid a courtesy call on Foreign Secretary Pema Lektup Dorji at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and External Trade on 20 January 2026.

During the meeting, they discussed ways to add momentum to, and further strengthen, the very close and special ties of friendship, goodwill, and cooperation between Bhutan and India. They also exchanged views on their partnership in energy, development cooperation, and other areas of mutual interest.
